Who is responsible for the processing of your data?

With what purpose do we treat your personal data?

The purpose of the treatment of your data when you send us the contact form is to attend and manage the consultations formulated by you and to send you commercial communications about our services that may be of your interest as long as you authorize us.

If you subsequently place a professional order, the legitimate purpose for the processing of your personal data will be the professional, administrative, accounting and tax management, as well as the opening and filing of files.

Likewise, and in accordance with the provisions of art.21 of the Organic Law on Data Protection 3/2018, of December 5, Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce, the legitimacy to receive advertising about our services, which we consider may be of interest to you, by email or post, is your express consent, which you may revoke at any time.

Who are the recipients of your data?

The personal data derived from the contact and consultation will not be transferred to third parties, only the collaborating lawyers of CARLOS ZANON BAEZA, who are part of the Zanon Abogados team, will have access to them depending on the subject of the consultation, as data processors, on the basis of a data processing contract between them and the responsible party.

In the event of a subsequent professional assignment, the personal data may be communicated to the Courts and Tribunals or, where appropriate, to the competent Public Administrations in the documents attached thereto, in order to fulfill the assignment.

Also in this case, the data may be transferred to attorneys as representatives of the litigants before the Courts and Tribunals when their intervention is mandatory or advisable, as well as to experts and other professionals who must intervene or it is appropriate that they intervene, in which case for such transfer we will require your consent.

No international transfers of your data are foreseen.

In case of not attending to your request properly or for any other reason that you deem appropriate, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
