Traffic accident due to negligence<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Judgment of the Provincial Court of Castell\u00f3n that, in a case of traffic accident due to recklessness resulting in death, the client who caused the accident was sentenced to a minimum penalty of 15 months of fine at a rate of 8 euros per day plus deprivation of driving license for 15 months, without prejudice to the significant civil liabilities in favor of the relatives of the deceased who assumed the entirety of the insurance.<\/p>\n
